Tameika & Co. Therapy is a modern group therapy practice dedicated to empowering women & teen girls in cultivating self-esteem as they navigate life's challenges, transitions, and mental health journeys. We understand first-hand the common stressors young women are challenged with on a regular basis. They can be debilitating, and we’re here to help you navigate through them in a healthy manner, with a focus on improving your self-esteem, self-love, and self-worth along the way. We provide in person sessions in GA and teletherapy video sessions to clients who are residents in the state of Georgia and North Carolina.

Meet Tameika
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Georgia. I opened my private practice in 2016, offering individual therapy to help women improve the relationship with themselves and others, focusing on increasing self-esteem, self-worth, and self-love. I’m so excited to have expanded into a group practice in 2023.
